手机快捷录音 Mobile quick recording

插件注册了一个 Obsidian URI toggle，因此可以在 iOS 快捷指令中打开 Obsidian，从桌面、锁屏或小组件快速开始和停止录音。

The plugin registers an Obsidian URI toggle, so an iOS Shortcut can open Obsidian and start or stop recording from the home screen, lock screen, or widget.
